Reviews without displaying Customer Name (zencart 1.3.8a)

What this little beauty does is removes the customer name and also the date added from the reviews online.

Anyone writing reviews will still have to log into their customer account to do so and all the information appears in admin as normal for reviews so admin will know who is credited. This mod just disables the customer name being displayed online.

Here's how our system works.
